What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, and company checks. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
Are there any hidden fees?
Never. Our pricing is fully transparent. The fee breakdown table above covers every possible charge. We will always confirm the total cost before your appointment.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. For businesses or individuals needing frequent notarization services, we offer custom monthly retainer packages. Contact us for a tailored quote.
Is the RON session fee per document or per session?
The $50 fee covers the entire RON session. You may notarize multiple documents within a single session at no additional per-document charge (up to 5 documents). Additional documents are $10 each.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance are free. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Rescheduling is always free with at least 4 hours notice.
Do you charge extra for after-hours mobile appointments?
Yes, a $35 surcharge applies for appointments before 8 AM or after 6 PM on weekdays, and a $25 surcharge for weekends and holidays. These are in addition to the standard mobile notary fee.
